Enamel tanks for the storage of fertilizers with the density up to 1,400 kg/m³ may be used also for the storage of potable or fire water after some modifications.
Based on the customer requirements, we can deliver the fertilizer storage systems with or without the automated withdrawal control, with the fertilizer storage registration option, and with the option of mixing various fertilizer types.
Fertilizer tanks are fitted with an enamel roof. The bottom is made of welded steel with a protective coating and it can be optionally made of the impermeable concrete. The lower part of the shelter is fitted with a DN 700 inspection input and a socket for the connection of the drain piping. The bottom is equipped with a blowdown pipe. An overflow pipe is connected to the upper row of metal sheets. The tank is fitted with an access ladder and a service platform.
Our own technology of using these tanks for the storage of large volumes of fertilizers or the other aggressive materials is unique in the world. In fact, we are offering the only alternative that is comparable to the more expensive stainless steel tanks in terms of the technical parameters and the lifetime.
We are a successor of the Vítkovice manufacturer of tanks; thus we are able to ensure any reconstruction of the original tanks.
With use of our production project documents of the original tanks, we are able to ensure the safety of the works carried out and to ensure a suitability of the planned reconstruction. We as a traditional producer of enamelled tanks are offering inspections of the existing tanks and assessment of their current technical conditions with respect to their further utilization with the specific type of the liquid and their expected lifetime.
